CG 20 10

CG 20 10 is an Insurance Services Office (ISO) endorsement titled 'Additional Insured – Owners, Lessees or Contractors – Scheduled Person or Organization.' It extends Additional Insured status to a named party for liability arising from the named insured's ongoing operations. For general contractors, this is the endorsement that provides protection during the project while work is actively happening. It does not cover claims that arise after the sub completes their work. For that, you need CG 20 37 (completed operations). Best practice is to require both endorsements from every subcontractor.
